If you join the Cookie Club we collect the email address you enter, the fact that you gave consent, and which part of the site you signed up from. Nothing else is collected about you, and we do not ask for a name, address or payment details.

Why we use it and our lawful basis

We use your email address only to send occasional Cookie Box news. Our lawful basis is your consent, given by ticking the box on the signup form. You can withdraw that consent at any time.

Storage, processors and retention

Signups are stored in a hosted database used to run this website. We do not sell your data or share it for advertising.

To be confirmed by the business: the named hosting and email processors, and the length of time signups are kept. We keep data only for as long as it is needed for the purpose above, and this notice will be updated with those specifics before launch.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask for a copy of your data, have it corrected or erased, object to its use, or withdraw consent. To unsubscribe or ask us to delete your details, message us through one of the social channels listed on the contact page.
